Introduction

History

Purpose

The Cheonan Corvette Memorial Foundation was established to honor and promote the noble spirit of sacrifice of the 46 heroes who valiantly gave their lives while protecting our waters. The Foundation is dedicated to continuously advancing memorial projects in their honor. It also aims to support the smooth military service of the Cheonan's crew members and assist those who are transition to civilian life after their military service. Additionally, the Foundation seeks to serve as a platform for national security education, raising awareness about the current security realities of our country and fostering a deep sense of patriotism among the people.
